RVC WebUI is a retrieval-based voice-conversion project with browser controls for inference, feature extraction, training, and optional vocal separation workflows.

A user can convert authorized recordings toward a trained voice timbre, compare indexes and models, and learn the data preparation steps behind voice conversion.

3. Recommended first use

Use your own voice or a contributor who gave explicit permission. Follow the current Python 3.12 and FFmpeg setup, select the requirement file for your hardware, and test a short clip.

4. Requirements and cost

The repository documents separate CPU, AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA dependency paths. Training and high-quality inference benefit greatly from a supported GPU and sufficient storage.

5. Who it suits

Useful for consent-based creative voice experiments, audio-production learning, and research into voice-conversion pipelines.

6. Limits and safety

Good results require clean data and careful settings. The MIT software license does not grant rights to a person's voice, recordings, songs, or third-party models. Never clone a person's voice without consent, label synthetic output, avoid fraud or identity misuse, scan downloaded models, and keep the WebUI off the public internet.
